Welcome to Bhairava Somatics. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase and use of our digital products. By using this website or buying a path, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Bhairava Somatics (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital wellness brand based in India that creates educational guides and audio practices rooted in Vigyan Bhairav Tantra and modern neuroscience. Our products are for self-study and personal practice only.

2. What You Are Buying

All Bhairava Somatics products are digital — written guides (ebooks) and Hindi audio practices delivered online. There is no physical book or CD. For the All-Access purchase, a physical Rudraksha mala is shipped within India; the digital access is granted instantly while the mala is dispatched separately and may take 5–7 working days to arrive.

3. Access & License

When you purchase a path, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use that content for your own practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login access, or reproduce any part of our guides or audio without written permission. All content remains our intellectual property.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time payments for lifetime access — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee. If you have practiced with the material and feel it has not helped you, write to us within 21 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. For All-Access orders that include the physical Rudraksha mala, the refund covers the digital portion; the mala, once shipped, is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

Our content is for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified doctor or therapist before beginning any practice. You use these practices at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. Your Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase and support you — such as your name, email, and (for the mala) your shipping address. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We may use trusted third-party tools for payments, delivery, email, and analytics, each of which handles your data under its own privacy terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, share your purchased content publicly, or use our material to create competing products. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhairava Somatics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
