Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bhairava Somatics offers digital products — ebooks and guided Hindi audio — that give you immediate, lifetime access the moment your payment is confirmed.

Every path comes with a 21-day money-back guarantee. Practice the first 7 days, and if it is not right for you, write to us at bhairavasomatics@gmail.com within 21 days of your purchase — we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

We issue your refund within 24 hours of your email as an instant refund, which usually reaches you within minutes. If your bank or payment method does not support instant refunds, it reaches you within 5 to 7 working days. Once a refund is issued, access to that path ends.

The guarantee covers paths you have practiced up to Day 7 — beyond that, most of the path has been used and it is no longer refundable. Your library records which days you have played, and we use that record to check. The guarantee applies once per person. After 21 days we are unable to offer a refund, because access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If you were charged in error, or you cannot open what you purchased, write to us at any time and we will put it right.
