We hold as little of you as we can, and we tell you plainly what we hold and why. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

  1. What We Collect

When you buy a path we collect what we need to deliver it and to support you: your name, your email address and your WhatsApp number. Your email address is the key to your library, and we may use your WhatsApp number to reach you about your purchase or your access. Practice reminders and occasional offers on WhatsApp are sent only if you tick the box that asks for them. Everything we sell is digital, so we never ask for a postal address.

Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details — we only receive confirmation of what was paid, for which path, and when. If you write to us by email or through the contact form on our website, we keep your message so we can reply.

  1. Your Library

You sign in to your library with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. If you choose Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with our sign-in service — never your Google password.

Inside the library we save your progress — which sessions you have played, how far you listened, and which days you have completed — so you can continue where you left off on any device. If a library page runs into an error, it sends us a short report (the page address, the error, and your browser type) so we can fix it. These reports do not include your name, email address or WhatsApp number.

  1. Our App

The Android app has no sign-in yet, so it sends us nothing — no name, no email address, no payment details. Your journal entries, reminder times, completed days and the growth of your tree are stored only on your phone. We cannot read them, and if you uninstall the app, they go with it.

When sign-in arrives, the app will use the same account as your library, only to unlock the paths you bought and to keep your progress in step. This page will be updated before that happens.

  1. Who Else Sees Your Information

We use trusted third-party services to run the business — for payments, for delivering your purchase, for sending email, and for website analytics. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy terms, and only receives what it needs to do its job.

We do not use couriers or shipping partners, because there is nothing physical to send.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

  1. Advertising

Like most online stores, our website and library use cookies and similar tools from advertising partners, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and to show them to people who have visited our site. You can opt out in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, at www.aboutads.info/choices, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The app itself shows no advertising and has no tracking tools built into it.

  1. How Long We Keep It

Because access to a path is for life, we keep your account and purchase record — your name, email address, WhatsApp number and progress — for as long as your access lasts, so you do not lose what you paid for.

If you ask us to remove your information, we will, except for the little we are required by law to keep for tax and accounting.

  1. Removing Your Data

You can clear everything the app holds by uninstalling it from your phone. If you said yes to WhatsApp reminders and offers and change your mind, write to us and we will stop.

To have us remove what we hold on our side — your account, your progress and your details — write to bhairavasomatics@gmail.com and we will do it. Once sign-in is live in the app, it will also let you delete your account and everything attached to it from Settings.

  1. Children

Our products are made for adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

  1. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

  1. Changes & Contact

When the app or the business changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top always tells you when it was last revised. Questions about any of this go to bhairavasomatics@gmail.com — a person reads that inbox.
